BelRosInzhStroi Trade House with the participation of Belarusian capital has been registered in St. Petersburg . The share of the Belarusian side is 50% plus one share, it was learnt from the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. 

According to the ministry, at present, specialists of the Trade House in St. Petersburg are preparing the deliveries of Belarusian construction materials to the North-West Region of the . They are studying the price policy and future sales markets. In the near future, the Belarusian construction materials will start to be supplied to St. Petersburg, Pskov, Novgorod and other towns of the region. 

In March 2009, the foundation agreement of the BelRosInzhStroi Trade House was concluded in St. Petersburg . The Belarusian side is represented by 9 organizations of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. The Russian side is represented by 3 enterprises including the St. Petersburg Exchange. 

St. Petersburg and the Leningrad oblast of are part of the zone of the Belarusian export supplies. In 2008, Belarusian companies of the construction branch exported goods at the amount of $32 million to St. Petersburg (up 18% as against 2007). At the same time, Belarusian exporters did not have the developed commodity distribution network in the region.
