An exhibition of Belarusian goods opened in St. Petersburg on June 25. Taking part in the event are 17 Belarusian companies, it was learnt from the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

Representatives of the food and light industries have arrived in St. Petersburg to display their products. Minsk Meat-Packing Plant, Orsha Meat-Packing Plant, Novogrudok Clothes Factory and others are among them. 

According to the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Belarusian side holds such exhibitions in St. Petersburg practically every month. The next exhibition is expected to be held on July 1-5. The main goal of such exhibitions is to boost the Belarusian export. 

At present, the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes exhibitions and fairs in St. Petersburg only. In the future, such exhibitions are expected to be held in Moscow and other regions of the . 

The exhibition will be running through June 28. It has been organized by the Minsk, Vitebsk and Mogilev offices of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
