An international BelTEXlegprom exhibition fair of consumer and textile goods takes place in Minsk on 6-9 October, it was learned from the Belexpo National Exhibition Center.

More than 250 companies from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, and South Korea are expected to take part in the event.

The exhibition will display a wide variety of products of the textile and consumer industry. The Belarusian goods compose about 85% of the exhibit items. The promoters of the exhibition expect the exhibition will help advance the Belarusian goods abroad.

Apart from that, the participants of the exhibition are set to take part in seminars, round-table conferences, and presentations of the leading consumer and textile industry companies.

The exhibition is organized by the Bellegprom concern, the Trade Ministry of Belarus, the Belexpo exhibition center, and Roslegprom.

BelTEXlegprom is the major light industry exhibition in Belarus. It is held every year in April and October.
