The Days of the Gomel Oblast will be held in the South-West Administrative District of Moscow on 23-24 October. They will be held within the framework of the Year of Belarus in the Russian capital, it was learnt from the Belarusian Embassy in Russia.

The solemn opening of the Days of the Gomel Oblast in the South-West Administrative District of Moscow will be held with the participation of Chairman of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Yakobson and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Vasily Dolgolev in the Meridian Cultural Center of Moscow on 23 October.

During the Days of the Gomel Oblast in the Moscow district, the sides will hold a round table to discuss the youth policy and exhibition of investment projects “Gomel Oblast for Investors”. The exhibition will display the economic and investment potential of the Gomel oblast and the Gomel-Raton Free Economic Zone. An exhibition-presentation and business conference “Tourist potential of the Gomel oblast” with the participation of travel operators of Moscow and the Moscow oblast will be held as well.
