The Belarusian national parks Narochansky, Braslav Lakes, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Pripyatsky as well as the Berezino biosphere reserve, the national Alpine skiing center Silichi will represent their recreation opportunities at the expo Tourbusiness 2009, it was learned from representatives of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate.

The 16th international expo Tourbusiness 2009 will open Belarus’ winter tourism season at the national expo center BelExpo (27 Yanka Kupala Street) of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate on 28-31 October.

The event is supposed to gather representatives of the largest travel agencies of Belarus and other countries. According to provisional data, over 100 exhibitors from 12 countries are supposed to partake in the event.

The booth of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate will be located on the first floor, advertising recreation opportunities, fishing and hunting tours in the most picturesque parts of the country.

Belarus’ largest travel agency Belintourist will inform about its business areas and present new tourism products. For instance, the expo will highlight recreation opportunities of the Dudinka City located in a picturesque forest 80 km from Minsk. Apart from that, Belarusian hotel business will be widely represented during the expo.

The international expo Tourbusiness 2009 is organized by the national expo center BelExpo, the Belarus President Property Management Directorate and the Sports and Tourism Ministry.
