Twenty five companies of the Brest oblast are taking part in a fair in St Petersburg that opened on 15 December, it was learnt from the foreign economic relations department of the economy office of the Brest oblast executive committee.

The Belarusian companies present a wide range of foodstuffs and industrial goods. Taking part in the fair are Brest Carpets, Baranovichi Dairy, Beryoza Creamery, Brest Brewery, Pinsk Bakery, and a number of other companies.

The products of the Brest companies are in high demand in St Petersburg . The Nevsky and Krasnogvardeyskiy districts of St Petersburg have hosted nine fairs of the Brest companies this year. The revenues from these fairs amounted to more than RUB20 million.

The present fair takes place in the Nevsky district of St Petersburg on 15-20 December.
