Belarus and Poland plan to sign an agreement on inland water transport. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No 205 to approve a draft relevant agreement as the basis for negotiations, the press service of the Belarusian head of state told BelTA.

Transport and Communication Minister Ivan Shcherbo has been authorized to hold negotiations on the draft agreement and sign the document.
